A map of the city as it is
Planning starts with a map that shows what is actually on the ground. Gebeta's map tiles carry roads, buildings, land use and points of interest, in street, satellite and terrain styles, so teams can see a district, switch to imagery to check a plot, and switch back.
Found by the names people use
Citizens look for offices, schools and clinics by the names they know them by, not by coordinates. Geocoding searches those names and returns the place, so a service directory or an emergency form can point to the right building.
Field visits in the right order
Inspectors, health workers and survey teams visit many sites in a day. Route optimization puts the visits in the order that takes the least driving, so teams spend their time at the sites instead of between them.
